The orchestral collective that stands out
ALMOST 25 YEARS OLD !
Formed in 2001, the OSI is composed of approximately sixty musicians of all ages, professions, and backgrounds. Passionate about music, they share a desire to offer Montrealers accessible, exciting, and memorable symphonic concerts. The Orchestre symphonique de l'Isle was formed by and for musicians. It enjoys charitable status.
NEXT CONCERT - JANUARY 11, 2026
To celebrate its 25th anniversary, the Isle Symphony Orchestra presents an exceptional concert, in collaboration with the Chœur de la Montagne and the Harmonie Vocale de Saint-Hyacinthe.
Let yourself be transported by Saint-Saëns's masterful work, Symphony No. 3, combining orchestral power and soaring organ, which transports the audience into a sonic universe of rare intensity. Gounod's Solemn Mass in Honor of Saint Cecilia, for its part, amazes with its melodic grace and luminous spirit, paying homage to the patron saint of musicians.
A unique opportunity to discover France's rich musical heritage.
